Stress is a major reason for sickness absence from work, staff turnover and other issues such as poor performance, poor time-keeping and difficulties with relationships at work.

Resilience Workshops

We offer resilience building workshops to help participants understand stress, identify the main symptoms associated with it and develop a range of strategies to develop resilience and manage stress at work.

Mindfulness

All individuals and teams experience stress, difficulties and challenges. The trick to resilient staff is that they bounce back quicker and having learned from those difficult times. Building resilience is like sewing a parachute, it needs to be done before you are forced to leap out of the plane, not on the way down! Research shows that Mindfulness helps build resilience in the workplace.

Adult Dyslexia

Think dyslexia is the issue?

We offer adult dyslexia assessments for adults (16+) and coaching to help support those affected by dyslexia.

Although dyslexics are often highly creative and have many cognitive and emotional strengths that make them invaluable in the workplace, dyslexia can prevent a person from working effectively and reaching their full potential.

Our dyslexia assessments help to identify if dyslexia is present, identify cognitive strengths and weaknesses and help individuals find practical ways of coping with dyslexia.
